🟠Hand Tufting Tool
The vertical loom is an early version of the modern tufting gun. It works by inserting yarn into the fabric by spreading the fibers apart, creating a looped finish. The vertical loom allows for easy adjustment of pile height. Using scissors, you can also cut the loops to create a cut pile.

- The operator can control the working speed themselves, making it suitable for small areas or detailed work.
- It is easy to adjust the pile height. With a tufting gun, the assembly process can be somewhat complicated, taking an average of 30 minutes to 1 hour to adjust the pile length. Therefore, using just one tool for varying pile lengths is inefficient. The analog vertical loom can adjust the pile height from a minimum of 6mm to a maximum of 30mm, allowing for longer pile creations without the need for an air compressor type tufting gun.
- If a tufting gun is handled incorrectly or if too much yarn is concentrated in one area, the backing fabric may not withstand the pressure and can burst or tear. In such cases, the vertical loom can be used for modifications and repairs.
